These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.devigontech.com and our digital services, including web design, development, SEO, branding, mobile apps, and digital marketing. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when working with us.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (images, text, logos, files, etc.) does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.
2. Intellectual Property
All content created by Devigon Tech (including designs, code, graphics, and marketing assets) remains our property until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership of the completed project transfers to you unless otherwise agreed.
Our blogs, guides, and resources published on our website remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without permission. You may, however, share them with proper credit.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
We may pause or withhold delivery of services in case of late or incomplete payments.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
If you request a refund within 2 days of the service start date (and no work has begun), you will receive a 100% refund.
If work has already started, we will deduct the making/working costs and refund the remaining amount.
- Once a promotional service has been purchased, initiated, scheduled, or delivered, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refund requests must be made in writing via info@devigontech.com.
5. Revisions & Delivery
We provide revisions as per the project scope or package agreed upon.
Additional revisions or requests beyond the scope may incur extra costs.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client communication, and third-party dependencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Devigon Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or client misuse.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, plugins, or services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or analytics tools).
We are not responsible for the functionality, updates or security of third-party services.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or fails to make payments.
In case of termination, any pending payments for completed work will remain due.
10. Bulk Project Conditions
Bulk pricing, wholesale pricing, or discounted project rates are only applicable when the project fully meets the defined bulk quantity requirements.
If, at any stage of the project:
- The total quantity falls below the required bulk threshold,
- The work is separated into individual tasks,
- The project is partially cancelled,
- Or the project no longer qualifies as a bulk order,
then the entire project and/or affected services may automatically revert to individual full-rate pricing.
In such cases, each service or deliverable will be calculated and billed separately according to standard individual service rates.
11. Publicly Listed Terms
All terms, policies, pricing structures, promotional conditions, and service limitations are publicly listed and made available to every client equally.
No additional approval, signed consent, pre-shared confirmation, or separate acknowledgment is required for these terms to become valid and enforceable. By proceeding with any service, the client automatically agrees to all publicly listed policies and conditions.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, getting in touch with our representatives, purchasing a service, or communicating with us direcly/indirectly regarding any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
These terms apply equally to all users, clients, businesses, and partners without exception.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
