All content created by Devigon Tech (including designs, code, graphics, and marketing assets) remains our property until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership of the completed project transfers to you unless otherwise agreed.
Our blogs, guides, and resources published on our website remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without permission. You may, however, share them with proper credit.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
We may pause or withhold delivery of services in case of late or incomplete payments.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
If you request a refund within 2 days of the service start date (and no work has begun), you will receive a 100% refund.
If work has already started, we will deduct the making/working costs and refund the remaining amount.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refund requests must be made in writing via info@devigontech.com.
5. Revisions & Delivery
We provide revisions as per the project scope or package agreed upon.
Additional revisions or requests beyond the scope may incur extra costs.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client communication, and third-party dependencies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Devigon Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or client misuse.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, plugins, or services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or analytics tools).
We are not responsible for the functionality, updates or security of third-party services.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or fails to make payments.
In case of termination, any pending payments for completed work will remain due.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
